All books published under the Integrity Publishing imprint are professionally edited by our staff before publication. Editing fees are separate from publishing packages and are determined after your Initial Manuscript Review.

Flexible Payment Options
We understand that publishing a book is a significant investment. Rather than requiring full payment upfront, every publishing package includes flexible, milestone-based payment options that spread your investment throughout your project.
Most projects are divided into four payments tied to key publishing milestones.
Your personalized payment schedule will be outlined in your publishing agreement before work begins. By the time your manuscript is uploaded for publication, the majority of your investment has already been completed, allowing you to focus on preparing for a successful book launch.

Design and Book Features
- Publishing Consultant $499
Publishing involves dozens of important decisions, but you don't have to make them alone. Your publishing consultant will provide experienced guidance, practical recommendations, and one-on-one support throughout the publishing process, helping you confidently move from book idea to publication.
- Professional Interior Design $399
A professionally designed interior helps readers stay focused on your story. We'll carefully format every page with attention to typography, spacing, page layout, and readability, creating a polished book that's enjoyable for children and the adults reading with them.
- Custom Cover Design $325
A children's book cover sparks curiosity before the first page is ever turned. Our designer will work with you to create a custom cover that captures the heart of your story, appeals to both children and the adults choosing books for them, and is professionally prepared for your selected print edition(s), whether paperback, hardcover, or both.
- Author Biography $50
A thoughtful author biography helps parents, grandparents, teachers, and librarians connect with the person behind the story. We'll craft a professional biography for your About the Author page that reflects your voice, shares your passion, and helps readers get to know you.
Digital Publishing
- Electronic Proof $150
You'll receive digital proof copies of your final interior and cover files for your records. These professionally prepared files belong to you and provide the flexibility to use another print provider in the future if your publishing needs ever change.
- Copyright Service $150
We'll prepare and submit your copyright registration through the U.S. Copyright Office and guide you through the remaining steps required to complete the process. Your official registration certificate will be mailed directly to you by the U.S. Copyright Office.
- KDP Management Services $175
Our team will help answer questions as you set up your own KDP author account on Amazon. We will upload your manuscript to your KDP account* and do all the leg work so you don't have to be concerned with the details. We can help you as little or as much as you need. (*access to login information is required and only used with the author's permission.)
- Ingram Spark Management Services $175
Our team will help answer questions as you set up your own Ingram Spark author account. We will upload your manuscript to your IS account* and do all the leg work so you don't have to be concerned with the details. We can help you as little or as much as you need. (*access to login information is required and only used with the author's permission.)
Pre-Publication
- Digital Advance Reader Copy (ARC) $75
Before publication, we'll prepare a professionally formatted digital Advance Reader Copy (ARC) for your advance readers. This review copy gives trusted readers an opportunity to identify any remaining errors, formatting issues, or areas needing clarification before your book is finalized.
- Advance Reader Program $300
Before publication, we'll manage your Advance Reader Program by communicating with your trusted advance readers through text messages, email, and a private Facebook group hosted by Integrity Publishing. We'll distribute your digital Advance Reader Copy (ARC), answer questions, collect and organize feedback, and help you evaluate any final revisions before your book is approved for publication, ensuring it's polished and ready for young readers.
Launch
- Launch Team Marketing $375
We'll create custom graphics designed specifically for your launch team to share across social media. Professionally designed, ready-to-use graphics make it easy for parents, teachers, friends, and supporters to introduce your book to others and help build excitement for your launch.
- Launch Team Program $350
We'll help you launch your children's book with confidence by managing your launch team through a private Facebook group hosted by Integrity Publishing. We'll communicate with team members, answer questions, provide launch-day instructions, and help keep parents, teachers, friends, and supporters informed and engaged throughout the launch process. Our goal is to make your launch organized, enjoyable, and effective while allowing you to focus on connecting with your readers.
Marketing
- Author Book Signing Kit $249
Make a lasting impression at book signings, school visits, conferences, speaking engagements, and other promotional events with professionally designed materials. We'll create and deliver 100 custom business cards and 50 coordinating bookmarks that help readers remember you and your book long after they leave.
- Author Marketing Kit $399
Present yourself professionally wherever you share your story. We'll create and deliver 250 custom business cards, 100 coordinating bookmarks, and an 8.5" × 11" tabletop display sign to help you showcase your book at school visits, library events, book signings, conferences, festivals, and other author events.

You keep 100% of your royalties.
- Featured Author Spotlight $199
Receive additional visibility with a featured Author Spotlight on the Integrity Publishing home page. We'll showcase your author photo, book cover, and a brief introduction with a direct purchase link, helping parents, grandparents, teachers, librarians, and other visitors discover your book while you retain 100% of your royalties.
